Neil Sonenberg and Michael Siino have been named co-partners of the real estate group in Marks Paneth, New York, to succeed Abe Schlisselfeld, who became managing partner of the company on January 1.

Joseph DeMartinis, Sam Ende and Melissa Telesca were promoted to partners at Raich Ende Malter & Co., New York, where they have all been working since 2007.

Friedman, New York, promoted eight to partner: Tom Cantwell, auditor, and Ryan Spencer, tax, in the East Hanover, New Jersey office; Chad Keerports, FLVS, of Marlton, New Jersey; Scott Croff, Tax, in Philadelphia; Scott Musmeci, Audit in Long Island, New York; and Shahla Sedgh, Tax, Shirllen Tong, China Consulting, and Huina Zheng, Auditing, in New York City.

Ian Alberts, chartered accountant and co-head of the manufacturing, distribution and retail practice, and Mitchell Marcus, chartered accountant and member of the real estate practice group, were approved as partners in Berdon, New York.

Christopher Gagliardi and Jason Hoffman were promoted to partner, and Christopher Zingalli, Gianluca Carrabs and Richard Bader were promoted to principal in Janover, New York.
