Joe DelPapa earned his Master of Laws in Tax Law from the University of Florida, one of the best LL.M programs in the country.
He completed the year-long program while maintaining full practice as a corporate, securities, and tax law attorney.

Joe’s practical experience spans a wide range of commercial law issues, including structuring and negotiating all aspects of corporate mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, tax matters, and debt and equity financing transactions. He also assists clients with joint venture agreements, divestments, liquidations of corporate assets and consolidation transactions.
He also works with emerging corporations and private companies to develop creative legal strategies to address their legal challenges and achieve their business goals. Its mission is to ensure that every customer, from start-ups to international corporations, is on the right path to success.
