What was the biggest challenge at work during the pandemic?
The hardest part of working during the pandemic was coordinating with others. However, I will always be grateful for the efforts of the Cronin & Cronin staff, communities, and local officials during these early months. The real estate tax deadlines were approaching, and while there were far more important concerns at the time, the ability to file a tax complaint and the way in which it should be done needed to be addressed. It was incredibly uplifting to see the amount of time everyone spent communicating and working together. In a time of chaos, both sides of the rating community in Nassau and Suffolk counties have prioritized fair and equitable policies so taxpayers can protect their rights.
