Infrastructure engineering software company Bentley Systems, Incorporated (Nasdaq: BSY) announced today that its board of directors has approved a dividend of $ 0.03 per share for the third quarter of 2021. The cash dividend is due on September 9, 2021 to all shareholders of. payable record of Class A and Class B common shares at close of business on September 1, 2021.
