With extensive experience in corporate law and M&A, Daniel Caramaschi acts on behalf of national and international companies in business related to plastic and cardboard packaging as well as in the field of tool manufacturers, technology and biotechnology. Academically, he holds a degree in tax law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (PUC-Campinas), an MBA in business law from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an LL.M. in corporate law from Insper.

Thiago Abiatar Lopes Amaral has been part of Demarest Advogados’ tax practice since 2003 and started as an intern at the company. He advises companies from a variety of industries on tax disputes as well as advice on indirect taxation. Academically, Mr. Amaral received an LL.M. with honors in law from the Pritzker School Law at Northwestern University, Chicago (USA), and an LL.M. in Tax Law from Insper and a degree of specialization, also in Tax Law, from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
