The governor of Ohio signed a bill on Jan. 7 to implement the recommendations of the Sunset Review Committee for sales and use, excise duty, and individual income tax purposes. The law includes measures: 1) abolition of the committee for the review of the net operating loss of municipal income tax; and 2) Maintain the Tax Credit Authority and the Tax Expenditure Review Committee until December 31, 2024.
